Should I take my pet to see my veterinarian?
With all illnesses, the earlier you see your veterinarian, the better. When your pet's unusual behavior – for example; diarrhea, vomiting, not eating, scratching, shaking their head, or being lethargic etc. – persists, or if you notice and increased thirst, inappropriate urination, a lump or growth, make an appointment to see us right away. Some signs are more worrisome from a health standpoint than others. Waiting to seek treatment can result in complications that make treatment more difficult and more expensive.
